АНЕМИЯ ПРИ ОНКОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯХ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация: лечение анемии у больных злокачественными новообразованиями – это одна из наиболее актуальных проблем современной онкологии. Механизм ее развития многофакторный, ключевым звеном которого является выделение таких цитокинов, как фактор некроза опухоли α (TNF-α) интерлейкин-6 (IL-6) через регуляторные гены GATA-1 и GATA-2. На сегодняшний день основными методами лечения анемии являются переливание препаратов крови и терапия эритропоэтином, которые, однако, имеют множество побочных действий, что ограничивает их применение и открывает перспективы дальнейшего изучения этой проблемы.

Abstract: treatment of anaemia in oncological patients is one of the most urgent problems of the modern oncology. Mechanism of its development is complicated. The factors playing the crucial role in its development are inflammation cytokines secretion, particularly tumour necrosis alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) through regulating genes GATA-1 and GATA-2. Nowadays, the main methods of anaemia treatment are blood transfusion and erythropoietin, which have a lot of adverce effect. This restrict their usage and gives perspective for further investigation of this problem.
